Had a great time with friends. We visited the NEC and had an awesome dinner at the pub. The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were a good size. Breakfast was decent, but I suggest pre-ordering to save time.

Unfortunately, my room wasn't very clean. there was still confetti on the floor from the previous guest.

The bed felt rock hard, making it tough to get a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom cleanliness didn’t quite meet expectations with mold in the shower and dirty areas. The shower struggled with inconsistent water temperatures, and noise from both inside and outside the premises could be annoying, especially with loud music blaring late at night. Breakfast service seemed slow even with few guests, and we had to wait quite a bit for hot food options when the place clearly wasn't at capacity.

The room was spacious and clean, which I loved. The decor was cozy and gave that warm pub vibe. The only downside was the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, and it was on the darker side. But overall, it was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

Breakfast choices were limited and running out of hot water was inconvenient. The staff did try with room decorations for a birthday surprise, which was a nice touch.
